Sea Shore
The Sea Shore Shop features a range of giftware and treats from local crafters or items to take home and remember the stunning beaches and fun of the seaside. We have pirate telescopes, sea side gel gems, little wooden sailing boats and squidgy puffer fish!
Some of the local artists that sell in the Sea Shore shop include:
- Air Objects from John Davidson, outdoor planters and indoor candle holders, buckets and spades carved out of an unusual material!
- Jennifer Wealleans' hand assembled jewellery of gemstones and unusual stones
- Laura Hebron Design, a collection of found beach objects designed to make unique one off necklaces, broaches and rings
We will adding to the list over the coming weeks – so watch this space. In the meantime please come and visit the Sea Shore Shop.
Online gift shop to follow very soon!
Laura Hebron
Inspired by the seasons and the Northumberland coast I produce creatively structured jewellery designs using various objects found on beaches, harbours and ports. This process contradicts their dismissal from the sea and coastal industries by manipulating them into something precious to be seen and to be worn.

Meet Shelly and Rocky - Sea Explorers, by Chloe, age 9, New Delaval Primary
Name our 2 Sea Explorers!
Thank you to all who entered the competition. We had great fun sifting through your entries and because the quality of entries was so good we had a lot of trouble coming to a final decision.
But we are very proud to announce that Chloe (age 9), from Year Group 4 at New Delaval Primary, is the winner of our Name Our Sea Explorers Competition. Well done Chloe, and welcome home to:
